SIZING

Diplomacee products offer unisex sizing. That means they run slightly larger than standard women's shirts and slightly smaller than standard men's shirts.

We recommend ordering your regular size for a loose fit, or sizing down for a more fitted look. 

Please reference all size charts before purchasing.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We begin to process your order as soon as it has been placed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate revisions at this time. 

ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the apparel:

  • Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
  • If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. 
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

The shipping charge will be added to your cart and visible on your receipt before you check out.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

You bet we do! Please note that shipping cost vary based on destination. The shipping charge will be added to your cart and visible on your receipt before check out.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept online card payments with Amex, MasterCard, VISA or via PayPal. 

WHY ISN'T MY PROMO CODE WORKING?

There may be a restriction that's causing your code not to work, so make sure to double check the fine print. Some codes are for first time customers only. Keep in mind that promo codes usually exclude already discounted items. Make sure the code hasn't already expired. If you’re having an issue with your code that doesn’t involve the above please email us. 

I CAN'T LOG IN AND I'M UNABLE TO RESET PASSWORD? 

It's possible that you joined our daily email list, but haven’t created a 'Diplomacee' shopping account (these are two different things). To create an account, click “login” from the homepage. Then, click “NEW CUSTOMER?” and complete the fields to create your account.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We dispatch all orders in 5-7 business days after production with FedEx and USPS. Expect your items within no more than 10 business days. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, of course. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after your order is placed. Check your 'Inbox' and 'Junk Mail' to make sure you received it. If not found, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact our Customer Service and we’ll sort it out!

MY ORDER IS MISSING/ INCORRECT

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since we print every product when it is ordered, at this time, we do not provide refunds for purchases. It is important for us to accurately describe our items and include all relevant images.
